# Deleting a flow policy

Delete an existing flow policy to permanently remove it from use.

## Before you begin

Verify that the flow policy is not in use.

## Steps

1. Click the **Applications** tab.

2. Find the application and click **Edit**.

3. Click the **Flow Policy** tab.

4. Locate the flow policy and in the **More options ( [icon: ellipsis-v, set=fa])** list, select **Delete**.

   A confirmation modal opens.

5. Click **Delete**.
