New features and improvements in PingID mobile app 3.5.2

## Authentication errors during the sign-on flow

Fixed TRIAGE-31253 PingID mobile app

We've fixed an issue that was preventing some users from cancelling an authentication request or changing device when signing on. In these cases, the authentication failed with errors such as "Session expired" or "Device push notification disabled".
