### Versions of macOS supported

Info PingID Integration for Mac login

* The PingID integration for Mac login is now supported on macOS Tahoe (version 26).

* From April 2026 the PingID integration for Mac login will only support Sonoma (macOS 14) and later.

### Increased prompts for manual authentication following macOS upgrade

Fixed TRIAGE-26469 PingID Integration for Mac login

Fixed an issue that caused an increase to the frequency that users were prompted to authenticate when connected to home Wi-Fi following a macOS update. Online and offline authentication is now handled correctly, based on network availability.

### Issue authenticating from the lock screen after upgrade to MacOS Tahoe

Fixed TRIAGE-29670 PingID Integration for Mac login

Fixed an issue on machines that had recently updated to macOS Tahoe, that was preventing users from authenticating when their screen was locked or in sleep mode.
