Fixed TRIAGE-33768 PingID Integration for Mac login

After upgrading from version 1.3.5 to version 1.3.6 of the integration with Mac login, some users were not presented with an MFA prompt and found themselves locked out. This issue has been fixed.

### Inaccurate online/offline detection when using .eu domain with proxy

Fixed TRIAGE-33777 PingID Integration for Mac login

For environments using the .eu PingOne domain, the detection of online/offline status was found to be inaccurate when a proxy was used. This issue has been fixed.

### Login window not centered if Dock on left/right side of screen

Fixed TRIAGE-34384 PingID Integration for Mac login

When the Dock was positioned on the left or right side of the screen, the login window was not centered correctly. This issue has been fixed.
