# LexisNexis InstantID Quiz Collector node

The LexisNexis InstantID Quiz Collector node displays the user interface for a quiz generated by the [LexisNexis InstantID Get Quiz node](lexis-iidqa-get-quiz.html). The quiz questions are passed through shared state from the Get Quiz node to this node. The interface then displays knowledge-based questions for the end user to answer. After the end user submits their answers, the answers are placed in shared state for the LexisNexis IIDQA Quiz Decision node.

## Inputs

This node reads the following from the shared state:

* `iidqa.quiz`: the quiz that the node renders to generate the user interface.

## Dependencies

The node requires the [LexisNexis InstantID Get Quiz node](lexis-iidqa-get-quiz.html) in the journey to generate the quiz.

## Configuration

This node has no configurable properties.

## Outputs

This node writes the following to the shared state:

* `iidqa.quiz_answers`: the answer JSON object, when the user completes the quiz. The LexisNexis InstantID Quiz Decision node processes this value.

* `iidqa.failure_reason`: text associated with the error condition, if an error outcome is triggered.

## Callbacks

The node sends the following callbacks:

* `TextOutputCallback`

  When an error occurs, a `TextOutputCallback` contains the error message to display to the user.

  For each quiz question, a `TextOutputCallback` contains the question the user must respond to, and any help text required to assist the user in their selection.

* `ChoiceCallback`

  For each quiz question, contains an array of choices that are displayed to the user to select a specific answer.

* `ConfirmationCallback`

  Contains buttons for the user interface, mainly Submit and Cancel buttons.

* `HiddenValueCallback`

  Container that persists the quiz between callbacks. This information is used to build up the quiz answers.

## Outcomes

* `Next`

  The quiz answers are complete and the user selects the Submit button.

* `Cancel`

  The user selects the Cancel button to abort the quiz.

* `Error`

  There is an integration error. Check the debug log files for any integration issues. If the configuration looks accurate, open a support case with LexisNexis.

## Errors

This node doesn't log any error or warning messages of its own.
