### Authenticate with PingOne external identity providers

New PingOne Authentication Connector

The **Sign On with External Identity Provider** capability lets you use [PingOne external identity providers](https://docs.pingidentity.com/pingone/integrations/p1_external_idps.html) to authenticate users in your DaVinci flows. You can optionally link the resulting user information to PingOne accounts to enable self-service features and centralize user management within your organization.

### The ServiceNow connector is now available

New ServiceNow Connector

You can use the [ServiceNow Connector](../../servicenow_connector.html) to:

* Create, deactivate, modify, and search for users

* Add users to groups

* Read, create, and modify incidents
