# Log files with Enterprise Connect Windows RADIUS proxy

After you set up and configure the Enterprise Connect Windows RADIUS proxy, it automatically generates log files in `C:\Windows\System32\logs`. The logs use the `radius_log-service-date`. For example, `radius_log-20220830.log`.

|   | If you don't see the log files, ensure the service account for Windows RADIUS proxy has sufficient privileges to write to `C:\Windows\System32\logs`.If the service doesn't have the privileges, update the user's privileges or change the login user for the Ping Identity Radius Proxy service to a user with sufficient privileges, then restart the service. |
