CDM alerts are defined in the [fr-alerts.yaml](https://github.com/ForgeRock/forgeops/blob/release/7.4-20240805/cluster/addons/prometheus/forgerock-metrics/templates/fr-alerts.yaml) file in the `forgeops` repository.
