# Before You Start

Identity Governance server software requires the following hardware and software requirements to run in your production environment.

## Ping Identity Management

Ping Identity Governance supports the following PingIDM versions for installation:

## Operating Systems

Ping Identity Governance is supported on the following operating system:

## Java Requirements

Identity Governance software supports the following Java environments:

## System Requirements

Ping Identity Governance requires at least 100MB disk space and 4GB memory for non-production implementations. Production sizing depends on user population, audit requirements and expected request volume.
