These topics show you how to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the user self-service feature provided by PingAM, which automates account registration and account name retrieval, and forgotten password reset.

## Name changes for ForgeRock products

Product names changed when ForgeRock became part of Ping Identity.

The following name changes have been in effect since early 2024:
