# Committing changes

To save your policy and Trust Framework changes, commit your changes.

After you finish building, testing, and analyzing your policies, commit the changes. Committed changes cannot be reverted.

After you commit changes, you can create a deployment package from the commit. Learn more in [Exporting a policy deployment package](../pingauthorize_server_administration_guide/paz_export_deployment_package.html).

## Steps

1. In the Policy Editor, click **Branch Manager**.

2. On the **Version Control** tab, select the branch in which to make the commit.

3. Click **Commit New Changes**.
