Deletes SASL Mechanism Handlers.

In addition to the global `dsconfig` options, the `dsconfig delete-sasl-mechanism-handler` subcommand takes the following options:

* `-f | --force`

  Ignore non-existent SASL Mechanism Handlers.\
  Default: false

* `--handler-name {name}`

  The name of the SASL Mechanism Handler.

Properties used in options depend on the type of object to configure.
