# Generate a new license key

You can generate a new license key in the Ping Identity support portal.

## Steps

1. Sign on to the [Ping Identity support portal](https://support.pingidentity.com/s/).

2. Click **Manage License Keys**.

3. On an existing license key, click **View**.

4. Click **Request New Key**.

5. On the confirmation message, click **Confirm**.

## Result

The new license key displays in your key list.
