# Where to find a QR code to pair your device with PingID mobile app?

You need your organization's QR code to pair your device with PingID.

You might find the QR code:

* In an email from your organization with instructions about using PingID.

* When you sign on to your account or app from another device. The QR code is displayed on that device.

* When you're asked to verify your identity, you might be presented with a QR code.
