New features and improvements in PingID integration for Windows login (passwordless).

## Issue with offline login with UPN-formatted usernames

Fixed TRIAGE-35880 PingID integration for Windows login

We've fixed an issue where after successful PingID passwordless online authentication, offline sign-on failed when the username was entered in user principal name (UPN) format, for example, `user@example.com`. Offline sign-on now works with both UPN-formatted and `sAMAccountName` usernames.
