We've removed the following functionality:

## IDM 7.5.4 removals

### HTTP TRACE method

PingIDM now denies all TRACE requests. Previously, TRACE requests to paths not handled by IDM returned `200` with the request echoed back.

### Router metrics

We've removed router metrics in this release of IDM. The router no longer generates:

* `router.<path-name>.<action>` [API metrics](../monitoring-guide/api-metrics.html#api-metric-names)

* `idm_router_<path-name>_<action>_seconds` [Prometheus metrics](../monitoring-guide/prometheus-metrics.html#prometheus-metric-names)

Additionally, the `routerMetricsEnabled` property in `conf/metrics.json` is ignored and can be removed.

If you have dashboards or other tools that reference these metric names, update them.

## IDM 7.5.1 removals

### Apache Felix web console

We've removed the Apache Felix web console in this release of IDM.

### Gzip handler `compressionLevel` and `excludedAgentPatterns` properties

In Jetty 12, the `compressionLevel` and `excludedAgentPatterns` properties have been removed from the Gzip handler.

## IDM 7.5.0 removals

### Java 11 support

Running IDM requires Java 17. For more information, refer to [Java requirements](before-you-install.html#prerequisites-java).
