# Deleting an MCP Server

Remove MCP servers that you no longer need.

Deleting an MCP server also deletes the corresponding decision endpoint and the system-owned module for the MCP server. You can also delete the associated PingOne resource.

## Steps

1. In the PingOne admin console, go to **Authorization > MCP Servers**.

2. Click the MCP server you want to delete.

3. To delete the MCP server:

   1. Click the **More Options (⋮)** icon next to the MCP server name, and then select **Delete**.

   2. Click one of the following:

      * **Delete MCP server only**: Deletes the MCP server, its decision endpoint, and system-owned module, but keeps the associated PingOne resource.

      * **Delete MCP server and the PingOne Resource**: Deletes the MCP server, its decision endpoint, system-owned module, and the associated PingOne resource.
