# Deleting a user

Use the **Users** page to remove user accounts that you no longer need. You can also disable a user account instead of deleting it. See [Enabling or unlocking a user account or device](p1_enable_a_user.html).

## Steps

1. Go to **Directory → Users**.

2. Locate the user you want to delete. You can browse or search for users.

3. On the right side of the user entry, click the three dots options menu and then click **Delete user**.

4. In the confirmation message, select the **I understand and want to continue** checkbox and then click **Delete**.
