# Managing a user's credentials

You can view and revoke a user's credentials from the **Users** page.

## Steps

1. In the PingOne admin console, go to **Directory > Users** and browse or search for the user that has the credential you want to view or revoke from.

2. Click the user entry to open the user details panel.

3. Click the **Services** tab and then **Credentials**.

   If a user has a credential issued to them, they're listed here with the following status:

   * **Active**: A credential is issued and appears in the digital wallet.

   * **Pending**: A credential is issued but isn't in the digital wallet yet.

   * **Revoked**: A credential is revoked and appears as revoked in the digital wallet.

4. (Optional) To revoke a credential:

   1. Next to the credential that you want to revoke, click the **More Options** (⋮) icon, and then click **Revoke**.

   2. Click **Revoke** in the **Revoke credential** dialog box.
