# Deleting a rule

Use the **Provisioning** page to remove a rule you no longer need.

## Steps

1. In the PingOne admin console, go to **Integrations > Provisioning**.

2. On the **Rules** tab, find the appropriate rule and click the **More Options** (⋮) icon.

3. Click **Delete** and then click **Delete** in the confirmation message.

   |   | If the rule is associated with a particular connection, the rule will be removed from the connection when you delete the rule. |

## Result

The rule is removed from the list and permanently deleted. No new users will be provisioned based on this rule.
