# Using group identity details to identify sync issues

You can use the group details panel to identify specific sync issues for a particular group.

## About this task

To view the sync status of a group:

## Steps

1. Go to **Directory → Groups** and browse or search for the group.

2. Click the group entry to open the details panel.

3. Click **Sync Status**.
