# Reviewing the synchronization of users in PingID

You can access the PingID configuration portal to manage your PingID users.

## Steps

1. Go to **Directory > Users**.

2. Locate the user you want to manage, and click the user entry to open the details panel.

3. Click the **Authentication** tab, and click **Configure now** under **PingID**.

4. In the **Users by Service** window, you can see the status of the user, disable or remove them if needed, unpair their device, and click a link to view all of their PingID activity.
