# Recovering a deleted Production environment

You can recover a deleted Production environment at any time during the 30-day pending deletion period.

To recover an environment, you must have the Organization Admin role or a custom role with equivalent permissions.

| | You can't recover deleted Sandbox environments or Production environments that were deleted more than 30 days ago. |

## Steps

1. In the PingOne admin console sidebar, click the Ping Identity logo to open the **Environments** page and browse or search for the applicable environment.

Environments that have been deleted but are still in the 30-day pending deletion period are indicated with a message that includes information about when the environment will be permanently deleted.
