# Adding a language

Use the **Languages** page to add a language to your PingOne environment.

## Steps

1. In the PingOne admin console, go to **User Experience > Languages** and click the **[icon: plus, set=fa]**icon.

2. In the **Add Language** panel, select a language in the list by browsing or searching for it.

   | - | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   |   | You can select a generic language, such as **English (en)** or a language-locale pair, such as **English (United States) (en-US)**. The languages in the list are preconfigured. |

3. Click **Save Changes**.

4. In the **User Experience > Languages** list, click the language details page.

5. To enable the language, click the toggle at the top of the language details page to the right (blue).
