# IP allow list

Starting in platform version 2.2, you can submit a service request to ask that an IP allow list be added or updated to specific PingOne Advanced Services public endpoints. Submit this service request through the [Support Portal](https://support.pingidentity.com/s/).

| | |

| | Any endpoint with an allow list will only be accessible by the IP addresses in the CIDR ranges provided. Ping Identity is not responsible if a list causes downtime because it contains incorrect CIDRs, nor is Ping Identity responsible for a CIDR list that is too permissive. |

| | |
| - | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| | Only public IPv4 CIDR IP addresses are supported, and each allow list can be no larger than 2.8 KB (\~180 CIDRs). |
