Report for two-factor authentication

Advanced Identity Cloud add-on capability
Contact your Ping Identity representative if you want to add Advanced Reporting to your Advanced Identity Cloud subscription. |
Advanced Identity Cloud enhances reporting capabilities by exposing multivalue two-factor authentication (2FA) profile attributes for user identities. You can create reports that include details about your users' 2FA configurations, such as which authentication methods they have registered and when they were last used. This feature provides administrators with greater visibility into 2FA adoption and helps ensure compliance with security policies.
The multivalue 2FA profile attributes are:
-
Device profiles: Contains general information about the devices a user has registered for authentication.
-
Device print profiles: Stores unique fingerprints of user devices to help recognize them during authentication.
-
Web authentication device profiles: Manages devices that use biometrics or security keys for passwordless authentication through the Web Authentication (WebAuthn) standard.
-
Oath device profiles: Manages devices registered to generate one-time passwords (OTP) for authentication.
-
Push device profiles: Manages devices that receive push notifications for you to approve or deny login attempts.
