# Deprecated identity management native console FAQ

## What has changed?

Ping Identity has deprecated the identity management native console and migrated its functionality to the Advanced Identity Cloud admin console.

## How is the native console being removed?

The identity management native console will be removed for all customers in a future release. Use the Advanced Identity Cloud admin console for identity management tasks instead.

## Does this affect any other features?

Yes. When the identity management native console is retired, all customers, including those with tenants created before January 12, 2023, will lose access to it.

Customers with tenants created before January 12, 2023 that have not yet migrated to the application management UI can create connectors in the Provisioners page of the Advanced Identity Cloud admin console until their tenant is migrated. After migration, create connectors using the application management UI or the REST API.
