* Audit logging of modifications to environments (FRAAS-17087)

  You can now use the `/monitoring` endpoints and [log streaming](../../tenants/audit-debug-logs-push.html) to track configuration changes made to your environments. The new [environment-access](../../tenants/audit-debug-log-sources.html#environment-access) log source captures environment changes as audit events.

  This enhancement improves visibility and observability for environment updates, helping teams monitor configuration activity, identify unexpected changes, and support troubleshooting or alerting workflows.
