# Assign AD Connect branding and designs

## About this task

The branding and design settings apply to the following user-facing pages for AD Connect:

* Login page

* Password reset page

These settings are all optional. At any point after assigning settings, you can click the **Restore Defaults** button at the top of the page to use the AD Connect default branding and design settings.

You can also assign branding and design settings for the PingOne dock. See [Assign branding and design](p14e_assign_branding_design.html) for more information.

You need to be either a Global Administrator or Identity Repository Administrator to assign these settings.

## Steps

1. Go to **Setup > Branding > Logon & SSO**.

2. For **Logo**, choose to use either your corporate logo (set on the **Account > Branding** page), or a custom logo that you assign here.

   The standard maximum display dimensions are 72px high by 350px wide. The image dimension ratio is preserved. For the logo to render optimally on high-definition displays (such as Apple Retina displays), double the dimensions to 144px high by 700px wide.

   The maximum file size for the image is 10 Mb.

3. For **Backgrounds**, you can set the following:

   1. For **Main Background**, choose either an image or a color setting to use as the background for pages.
