# Configuring customer account service settings

As a Global Administrator, you can configure customer settings for your managed service.

## About this task

All service settings are optional. Any settings that you don't assign will use the default values.

|   |                                                                            |
| - | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| | The **Service Settings** page is not available for Support Administrators. |

## Steps

1. Go to **Customers > Service Settings**.

2. Click **Edit**.

3. To allow your customers to change the corporate logo displayed on their dock, make sure the **Allow Logo Customization** checkbox is selected.

   Your customers can customize their corporate logo on one of three menus in their PingOne for Enterprise admin portal:

   * **Setup > Branding > Dock**

   * **Setup > Branding > Logon & SSO**

   * **Account > Branding**

4. To choose the branding logos for your customer's **User Dock** and **Admin Portal**, click **Select Image**.

5. Select the **Enable 'Add Basic SSO Applications' Option** checkbox to give your customers the option of allowing end users to add basic single sign-on (SSO) *(tooltip: \

   \
The process of authenticating an identity (signing on) at one website (usually with a user ID and password) and then accessing resources secured by other domains without reauthenticating.\

   \
)* applications to their PingOne for Enterprise Dock.

   ### Result:

   The **Add Basic SSO Applications** option will be displayed on the **PingOne Dock Configuration** page in your customer's PingOne for Enterprise admin portal.

   |   |                                                                                                                                                   |
   | - | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | | If you clear the **Enable 'Add Basic SSO Applications' Option** checkbox, the option won't show in your customer's **Dock Configuration** window. |

   When your customers choose the **Add Basic SSO Applications** option, your customer's end users can add and remove basic SSO applications in their personal dock from the PingOne for Enterprise Application Catalog.

6. To limit the identity repositories available to your customers, clear the **Allow All Identity Repositories** checkbox, and select the allowed identity repositories.

   |   |                                                                                                             |
   | - | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | | By default, all PingOne for Enterprise identity repositories are available for your customers to configure. |

7. To allow your customers to configure their multi-factor authentication (MFA) *(tooltip: \

   \
An electronic authentication method where a user is granted access only after presenting two or more verification factors for authentication.\

   \
)* settings, make sure the **Allow MFA Customization** checkbox is selected.

   When this option is enabled, your customers can:

   * Configure their MFA settings at **Setup > Authentication Policy**.

   * Configure their PingID MFA settings at **Setup > PingID**.

     |   |                                                                                             |
     | - | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
     | | When **Allow MFA Customization** is disabled, your customers see MFA settings as read-only. |

8. To allow your customers using the PingOne for Enterprise Directory to configure password policies for their users, make sure the **Allow Password Policy Customization** checkbox is selected.

   When this option is enabled, your customers using the PingOne for Enterprise Directory can customize Directory password policies at **Setup > Directory**.

   |   |                                                                                                                                                 |
   | - | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | | When **Allow Password Policy Customization** is disabled, your customers see the PingOne for Enterprise Directory password policy as read-only. |
