# Display and search customer accounts

## Before you begin

If you have a PingOne for Managed Service Providers account, you can view and manage your customer accounts.

## About this task

You'll use the search facility to find a specific account to display. You can also sort the account listing.

## Steps

1. Select the **Customers** tab.

2. Select the customer account to display, or in the search entry box, enter the search criteria for the account.

   You can search by account name, email address or account ID. Use the wildcard characters percent sign (%) and underscore (\_) in your account name and email address searches (not in ID searches). The % character matches any sequence of characters (including no characters). The \_ character matches any single character.
