# Exporting a report of applications by group

You can get a list of your applications and the groups assigned to access them by exporting a report file in `.csv` format.

## About this task

If you have a large number of applications, it might be easier to sort and filter them using a spreadsheet before managing them in PingOne for Enterprise. Use the **Export Summary** button to export this list.

In the exported `.csv` file, the first column lists the application name. The second column lists all of the groups assigned to the application, separated by a semicolon.

## Steps

1. Go to **Users > User Groups**.

2. Click **Export Summary**.

## Result

Your browser downloads a `.csv` file to your default downloads directory.
