# Monitoring service activity

You can view a list of users by service, filter the list by a specific service, or search for a specific user.

## Steps

1. Go to **Users > Users by Service**.

   ### Result:

   The **Users by Service** page displays users for all services. By default, each user entry lists all services associated with that user. Hover over a service to view its full name.

2. Filter the user list by one of the following methods:

   | Option                                    | Description                                                                                                                                                        |
   | ----------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
   | Click the service name.                   | Displays a list of all users associated with the selected service.                                                                                                 |
   | Enter the username in the **Search** bar. | Displays the user associated with that username.

If you filter the list by a specific service, the search returns results only for users of that service. |

3. Click the **Expand** icon for any user.

   ### Result:

   Expanding the service entry displays the last activity for that user and, for single sign-on (SSO), the last sign-on.

   If more than one service is shown for the user, you can expand each service to see the last activity details.

4. Click the **View all activity** link to generate a report of all activity by this service for this user.
