# Upgrade a PingOne for Groups account

## About this task

If your organization has a PingOne for Groups account and you want to upgrade to a PingOne for Enterprise account, you can select to contact us, so we can have a representative help you with the upgrade.

## Steps

1. Select the **Account** tab, then choose **Account Plan**. The Account Plan page is displayed.

2. Under PingOne for Enterprise, click **Contact Us**. An automatically-generated message is sent to us at Ping Identity.

   One of our representatives will contact you within a day or two to help you.
