# Download or share a certificate

## About this task

You can download a public certificate, or share it with others via email.

|   | For security reasons, PingOne doesn't allow exporting the private key of signing certificates. |

## Steps

1. Click **Setup > Certificates**.

2. Select the certificate and click either:

   ### Choose from:

   * **Download** to download the certificate.

   * **Share** to email the certificate to one or more email addresses.
