Create a password credential validator (PCV) and then create a username and password to use in authentication.

Go to System > Data & Credential Stores > Password Credential Validators.
Click Create New Instance.
In the Instance Name field, enter an instance name of your choosing.

For example, My_PCV.
In the Instance ID field, enter an instance ID of your choosing.

For example, mypcv.
From the Type list, select Simple Username Password Credential Validator, and then click Next.
On the Instance Configuration tab, click Add a new row to 'Users'.
In the Username field, enter a username.
In the Password fields, enter and confirm a password.
Click Update, then click Next.
On the Summary tab, click Save.
