The dsconfig tool can be used to configure any part of PingDataSync, but will likely be used for more fine-grained
adjustments. If configuring a Sync Pipe for the first time, use the
bin/create-sync-pipe-config tool to guide through the necessary Sync
Pipes creation steps.
