account-disabled

Generates a notification when a user account is disabled by an administrator.

account-enabled

Generates a notification when a user account is enabled by an administrator.

Generates a notification when a user authentication attempt fails because the account has expired.

Generates a notification when a user authentication attempt fails because the account has been locked after idling for too long.

account-permanently-locked

Generates a notification when a user account is permanently locked, requiring administrative action to unlock the account after too many failed authentication attempts.
