Make sure you have a PingFederate license or request a license key at the Ping Identity licensing website or contact sales@pingidentity.com.

If a PingFederate license is pre-installed in your folder, the License Summary displays the relevant license information.

  1. To locate and import your PingFederate license file, click Choose File.
  2. Review your License Summary. Click Next.
