Situation | Recommendation |

You receive an error in the server.log file that says Operation not allowed in current user status. | The user is disabled. Enable the user account in Symantec VIP and try again. |
You receive an error in the server.log file that says No credentials available for reset, failing authentication. | The user does not have any standard credentials available. Have the user install the Symantec VIP mobile app or use an SMS or voice credential instead. |
