If you no longer want to use SMS or voice authentication to authenticate using PingID, you need to unpair it from your account.
If you no longer want to use your device to authenticate using PingID, you need to unpair it.
For SMS, or voice authentication, you can do this from your account portal My
Devices window.
Note:
If you do not have access to manage your devices from the My Devices window, contact your helpdesk to ask your administrator to help you to unpair the device.
