Use the details page to identify specific sync issues for a particular user or users.

  1. Go to Directory > Users.
  2. Locate the appropriate user. You can browse or search for users.
  3. Click the user entry to open the details panel.
  4. Click Services > Sync Status.

See the Sync Summary for specific failures. Sync failures are often due to errors with attribute mapping.
