You can create one or more FIDO policies, and change the default policy, if required. Create a FIDO policy to:

  • Require a FIDO resident key. Resident keys are required to enable users to authenticate without providing credentials after registering their FIDO device, such as for usernameless authentication.
  • Define or limit which security keys or plaforms can be used to register and authenticate with PingOne. You can also create a policy to collect information for audit purposes only.

To access the FIDO Policies window, go to Experiences > FIDO.
