To add additional users to your PingOne API Intelligence environment:

  1. In PingOne, go to Identities > Users.
  2. Click + Add User.
  3. Enter the following information about the user.

    Personal information

    Name
    An honorific prefix, given (first) name, middle initial, family (last) name, and honorific suffix for the user.
    Important:

    Given name and Family name are mandatory to create a user profile.

    Formatted
    The user's name, as you want it to appear in the application.
    Nickname
    An informal name for the user.
    Profile image
    An image to represent the user. Use a file up to 2 MB in JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG format.
    Contact information
    Email address
    A valid email address for the user.
    Primary phone
    The first telephone number for the user, including country code, area code, and extension.
    Mobile phone
    The mobile telephone number for the user, including country code and area code.
    Street address
    The physical address for the user.
    Country code, Locality, and Region
    The physical address for the user.
    ZIP Code
    The ZIP or postal code for the user.
    Company information
    Account ID
    An identification number for the user account.
    Population
    The population to which the user belongs.
    Username
    A unique identifier for the user.
    Important:

    Username is a mandatory detail for creating a user profile.

    Type
    The category to which the user belongs.
    Title
    A job title for the user.
    Preferences
    Preferred language
    The primary language for the user. Select a language from the list, or enter text to search or add a language.
    Locale
    The location for the user, used to localize items such as currency or date/time format. Select a locale from the list, or enter text to search or add a locale.
    Timezone
    The time zone for the user.
  4. Click Save.
