PingOne now unlocks locked Active Directory accounts
When a user account is locked in Active Directory, if the end
user resets a password in PingOne through an LDAP Gateway connected to the Active
Directory account, PingOne now unlocks the Active Directory account as well.
Unlocking the Active Directory account after the user resets a password in
PingOne can help
reduce support costs. For more information, see Gateways.
LDAP gateway now supports Java 8 and Java 11
In PingOne, the LDAP gateway can run as a standalone Java
application or in a Docker container. The standalone Java application now
supports Java 8 and Java 11. This new Java compatibility allows customers to
upgrade their Java environment. For more information, see Starting a gateway instance.

Pull risk information into authorization policies
Now you can connect PingOne Risk to PingOne Authorize with a few simple steps. The new connector
service makes it easier to pull risk information into authorization
policies, reducing the configuration required to monitor and analyze device
and user activity. For more information, see Connecting to PingOne Risk.
Generate authorization attributes from JSON schemas
Now you can include a JSON schema in an attribute definition
and easily generate additional attributes from schema properties. This
reduces the time and number of steps required to manage attributes in the
Trust Framework. For more information, see Generating an attribute.

Hide an application in the application portal
You can now specify whether an application appears in the application portal in addition to group membership policy. This feature gives you more control over the applications that end users see in the application portal. For more information, see Application access control.
Improved version management
In Version History, now you can more easily track changes to
versions over time, including enhanced version naming and more details about
what changed in policies and the Trust Framework. For more information, see
Version history.

Improved attribute mapping for provisioning
To provide a better admin experience when provisioning attribute mappings we've made the following improvements.
- For inbound provisioning, the attribute mapping screen is now split into two tabs: Attribute Mappings and PingOne Onboarding. The PingOne Onboarding tab includes the key attributes related to user onboarding.
- The console now alerts the admin when an attribute is missing or needs to be re-mapped.
- Required and optional attributes are now explicitly labeled.
For more information, see Adding attribute mapping for inbound provisioning.
