To create a multifactor authentication experience, create an environment that contains PingOne and PingID.

  1. Sign on to the PingOne admin console.
  2. At the top of the page, click the organization name to go to the Your Environments page.

  3. On the Your Environments page, click Add Environment.

  4. On the Create Environment window under What kind of solution do you want to create?, select Workforce solution.

  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter a Trial Environment Name. This name can be anything that is meaningful to you.

  8. Click Finish.
    You see your new environment on the Your Environments window.

  9. Click the new environment to open it.

    The Overview window of your new environment displays PingOne and PingID under Services. The green dot in the PingID tile indicates that PingID has been deployed.
