Add user groups to administrative roles, allowing them to single sign-on (SSO) into those administrative roles.

  1. Go to Setup > Dock > Admin Portal SSO.
  2. Assign user groups to administrative roles. After authenticating to PingOne, members of these groups can access the admin portal.

    For more information about administrative roles and permissions, see Administrative roles.

    If you're using LDAP groups, this needs to be the full distinguished name (FDN) for the administrator group ("CN=admins,OU=example,...").

    Active Directory® administrators can use the dsquery command on the Active Directory host to find the DN.

  3. When you finish assigning groups, click Save.
