If you have a PingOne for Managed Service Providers account, you can change either the MSP ID value, the Account Name value, or both, for one of your customer accounts.

You'll choose a customer account to modify. You need either to be a Global Admnistrator to change the assigned MSP ID or the Account Name.

  1. Select the Customers tab.
  2. Expand the account details for the selected customer and click the edit icon.
    The MSP ID and Account Name fields are now editable.
  3. Enter a new value for either MSP ID, the Account Name, or both and click Save.
