Members of your organization who are assigned the Global Administrator role can manage the PingOne account. If you created the account, you are automatically assigned Global Administrator permissions.

For PingOne for Managed Service Providers, only a Global Administrator can access the Dashboard and Service Settings pages.

The account management features available to your administrators are determined by the type of account and the administrator roles you assign.

When an assigned administrator first signs on (SSO) to the admin portal, they're added to the list of administrators displayed on the Account > Administrators page.


Administrators that SSO into the admin console must have a username that is unique within that PingOne for Enterprise account.

Administrators who do not SSO into the admin console must use an email address that is unique across all PingOne for Enterprise accounts.
