You need to be either a Global Administrator, Identity Repository Administrator, or have at least User Manager entitlements to update directory user information.

  1. Go to Users > User Directory > Users.
  2. Click a user ID to display the user details. Alternatively, you can click Details.
  3. Click Edit to switch to Edit mode.
  4. Update the user details as needed.
    The user attributes you can change are determined by the settings on the Attributes page (see Manage directory attributes).
  5. Click Save when you're finished.
  6. Repeat these steps to update information for any additional users.
